3. TGA Compliance Statement

Super Vape Shop sells exclusively zero-nicotine vaping hardware and accessories. We do not sell nicotine-containing products of any kind. All products listed on this website comply with the Therapeutic Goods and Other Legislation Amendment (Vaping Reforms) Act 2023 and associated regulations as applicable to zero-nicotine hardware retailers. It remains the responsibility of the customer to comply with all state and territory laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

4. Products and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Orders are confirmed at the price displayed at the time of checkout. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

An order placed on Super Vape Shop constitutes an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, verification failure, or stock unavailability. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via an approved payment method.

6. Shipping

We dispatch all orders from Melbourne, VIC. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. Super Vape Shop is not liable for delivery delays caused by Australia Post, StarTrack, or other third-party carriers.

7. Returns and Warranty

Our returns and warranty policy is detailed on the Shipping & Returns page. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in all warranty and refund matters. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.

8. Prohibited Uses
