All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne, VIC warehouse. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and StarTrack Express.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout as a flat percentage of your order subtotal, inclusive of GST. Only the dollar amount is displayed at checkout — no percentages are shown to customers. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

All orders ship from Level 9, 440 Collins St, Melbourne VIC 3000.
Tracking Notifications
A tracking number is emailed to you automatically once your order ships.
Signature Required
Parcels over $150 AUD require a signature on delivery for security purposes.

Transit times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or remote delivery areas.
Returns & Refund Policy
14-Day Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Contact our support team at info@supervapeshop.com to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
Faulty or Defective Products
If your product arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within the 12-month warranty period, we will cover all return shipping costs and dispatch a replacement at no charge. Please contact support with your order number and a short video demonstrating the fault.
Australian Consumer Law
Our returns policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
